20 First is a website for those interested in running a business and in workplace gender equality.

20 First has two aims:

  • to celebrate successful businesses that treat both genders equally and fairly.
  • to offer a consulting service that encourages change management.

Their latest newsletter focuses on Norway and why Scandinavian countries run more efficient economic, political and business systems compared to the rest of the world. The answer, says 20 First, is the number of  women in top positions.

20 First offers short online courses, examples of effective female leadership, books, motivational speakers, inspirational stories and case studies of companies who practise gender equality.

For anyone interested in running a business (or in research about women in the 21st Century), 20 First is a good place to start.
