Stone Age Secrets for Mind and Body: eagerly awaited second edition coming soon

Reading Time: < 1 minute

Stone Age Secrets Front Cover

People sometimes like to think a book will solve all their problems.

That’s why I wrote Stone Age Secrets – maybe it will solve mine.

I have no idea if it will unravel yours but I do know that:

  • I wrote it;
  • Merridy Pugh, erudite editor-at-large, managed to refine my ravings with skill, grace and humor. Also, the Nature chapter benefits immensely from her delightful picnic piece;
  • My brilliant, tech-savvy sister Sue wrestled expertly with InDesign and produced a far more eye-catching and readable book than I could have contrived;
  • It exhumes the best bits of the Stone Age, serves them tea and scones, updates them on humanity’s dubious post-prehistoric exploits and then ejects them into the modern world;
  • It is short and easy to read;
  • It costs less than a soy chai latte;
  • It features an eclectic, wholefood recipe section with glorious photographs; and
  • It somehow manages to incorporate today’s zombie zeitgeist. (I don’t quite know how that happened, but it might have something to do with watching The Walking Dead while I wrote the first draft.)

It will be available on Amazon in its updated, revised and expanded second edition shortly.
